Craig is the President of Woodland Foods, having brought over 20 years of strategic sales solutions and general management experience to the role. Most recently, he
was with Talent Intelligence, having joined them in 2006 as the President of the Americas. In this role, he led and directed the company.s efforts in specialized and integrated leadership risk
management solutions across a restricted number of leading companies from the Global Fortune 500, major private companies and private equity firms. Prior to Talent Intelligence, Craig was Vice
President of Sales and Business Development for SunGard, advising leading financial organizations on portfolio management and risk management. He has also held regional management and business
development positions with leading companies such as Bridge Information Systems and Reuters in Chicago, and Thomson Financial and Lehman Brothers in New York.
Craig is a founding member of the KD Global Talent Development Board at the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University, a 2008 member of AT Kearney.s Global Business Policy Council and a board
director of the Australian New Zealand American Chamber of Commerce. Craig is on the Board of the Allendale Association and is a President's Circle member of The Chicago Council on Global
Affairs. Additionally, he is a member of the NACD and a former Director of the Lake Forest Preservation Foundation. He is a graduate of Columbia University in the City of New York.

Prior to joining Woodland, Ralph was employed by Kronos Products, Inc. from 1995 to 1999, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Kronos,
Ralph was employed by Rand McNally & Company for over seventeen years in a variety of financial positions, his last as Controller of the Book Manufacturing

Alan comes to Woodland Foods with fifteen years of accounting experience,
both in profit and non-profit organizations. His work experience includes

talented team of players to run the company. He now focuses on expanding product lines, improving systems and moving Woodland in a forward-thinking

Mary is the part-time Human Resources Manager at Woodland Foods, overseeing the company's recruitment, employment practices and compliance, as well as benefits and
payroll administration. Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Whitewater, and her Master of Industrial/Labor Relations from UW-Milwaukee. She gains
the most satisfaction from helping employees work through issues or concerns they may have, and also when hiring a new employee that she knows will bring something

Woodland's Purchasing Team, Paul was promoted into the position of New Business Facilitator, coordinating the many projects and business opportunities that present themselves to Woodland Foods.

Andy is the Purchasing Manager for Woodland Foods, bringing with him
