Product Info:
Achiote Paste is a spice blend used in Latin cuisines, specific to Southern Mexico and Central America. The blend contains annatto seed, garlic, vinegar, iodized salt & spices. This spice blend provides meats with a salty, bitter/sweet, tangy flavor.

Suggested Use:
Use Achiote Paste for beef, lamb, veal, chicken, pork, ground beef and fish.

Ingredients:
Water, wheat flour, annato seed, iodized salt, acetic acid, natural flavorings, 0.1% of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives, FD&C Blue #1, Yellow #5, and Red #40 (Contains Wheat).

Basic Preparations:
Dilute 1 ounce of the paste into 1/2 cup of vinegar or sour orange juice. Rub into meat and allow to marinate. Use 1 TBSP per serving.
