Product Info:
Amchur is made from tart, unripe mangoes, which are sliced and sun-dried, then ground to a powder and used as a souring agent. Amchur powder is finely ground but with a slightly fibrous texture. Amchur Powder is most commonly used in northern Indian vegetarian cooking.

Suggested Use:
Try Amchur Powder with stir-fried vegetables, stuffings for breads, pastries, and soups to add a tangy, sour taste.
