Product Info:
Artichoke Powder is made from ground, dried Artichokes. This is a fine, dull green powder that is 100 mesh in size. Artichoke Powder has a mild Artichoke flavor.

Suggested Use:
Artichoke Powder is wonderful for adding color and flavor to fresh pasta, noodle and bread doughs. It can also be used in yeast and quick breads or muffins. Combine with herbs or sun-dried tomatoes for a light, savory flavor.

Ingredients:
Jerusalem artichoke tubers.

Basic Preparations:
Mix artichoke powder into flour before adding wet ingredients, about 1/2 ounce for every pound of flour.
