Product Info: Fermented Black Beans (Phaseolus Vulgaris) are important in many Asian cuisines. Black Beans are first cooked, then fermented in their cooking brine and finally salted and dried in the sun. The finished product imparts a flavorful and unique taste to many dishes. Fermented Black Beans are 1 cm in length and have a soft, firm texture. Suggested Use: Finely chop and add to fish or meat dishes.
