Product Info:
Cajun blackened seasoning is used on a wide variety of meats and fish. It is comprised of sea salt, chopped onion, sugar, granulated garlic, oregano, paprika, thyme, and ground black pepper.

Suggested Use:
Just add as instructed. To blacken catfish, simply oil sheet pan, cover with cajun blackened seasoning, bake until catfish is done. Simply flip the catfish over when done and seasoning will coat the top as well. May look red or black depending on desired color and cooking time.

Paprika, Salt, Oregano, Chopped Onion, Garlic, Thyme, Ground Pepper, Sugar, Canola Oil.
