	Product Info: Chipotle in adobo sauce is a canned product made of chipotle chiles, tomato, vinegar, vegetables,oil and spices. Chipotles are smoked jalapeno chiles. The word Chipotle translates to Smoked Chile. This gives them a unique hot-smoky flavor which is popular in many Southwestern dishes. These peppers are about 1-1/2 to 3 inches in length and have a deep reddish brown color. Consider the Chipotle a 6.5 on a scale of 1-10. These chipotle chiles are packed into a tomato based sauce named adobo. Suggested Use: Chipotle in adobo is a wonderful addition to many recipes. Chipotle chiles add an interesting smoky note and just the right amount of heat. Combine with shredded pork, beef or chicken to fill enchiladas or tacos. Pour over chicken breasts and bake.
