Product Info:
An exciting blend of beans typically containing the Cranberry bean which turns a lovely shade of pink when cooked, the deep brick colored Small Red bean and the more common French Navy & Red Kidney beans. These beans together offer a mild, sweet & full flavor experience to any dish.

Suggested Use:
A mix of different color beans makes a wonderful chilled bean salad; or mixed bean soup.

Ingredients:
Beans.

Basic Preparations:
Soak overnight. Rinse and place in a large pot and cover with fresh water. Bring water to a boil for 3 minutes, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 60 minutes until tender. One cup dry yields 3 cups cooked.
