Product Info:
This rich blend will add interest to any meal. Our Gourmet Blend includes a mixture of Spinach, Tomato, and Plain Orzo, Fregola Sarda (a toasted version of Israeli Couscous,) Chana Dal Peas, Red Chief Lentils, and Black Quinoa. It is simple to cook and provides a colorful splash on the plate. The Lentils and Fregola Sarda impart a satisfying nutty flavor along with the familiar pasta flavor and texture of the orzo.

Suggested Use:
This colorful blend serves as a unique side dish for any entree.

Ingredients:
Durum Wheat Semolina, Chana dal peas, Tri Color Orzo [Drum Semolina, Spinach, Tomato, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (Iron), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Red lentils, Black Quinoa. CONTAINS WHEAT.

Basic Preparations:
Bring 1.5 cups water or stock to a boil, stir in 1 cup of pasta/lentil/grain blend. Add butter or olive oil to taste (OPTIONAL). Do not add salt. Cover, simmer on low 15-18 minutes until done. Fluff with fork and season as desired before serving. Yield: About 2 cups
