From the Nahuatl molli, meaning "concoction," mole is a rich sauce usually served with poultry. There can be many variations of this Mexican sauce. Our classic Mole is a blend of "The Trinity" (Ancho, Pasilla and Mulato Chiles), spices, nuts and chocolate. This Mole Paste is simple to use just blend it with a small amount of chicken broth, heat and serve.

Suggested Use:
Mole is a finishing sauce, generally used on chicken.

Ingredients:
Chile Peppers (pasilla, ancho, mulato), Toasted Bread (flour, water, shortening, salt, sugar, yeast), sesame seeds, peanuts,almonds, raisins, chocolate (sugar, cocoa), corn oil, salt, spices. (Contains peanuts, tree nuts, sesame).

Basic Preparations:
In a sauce pan, add mole and chicken broth until desired consistency is reached. Simmer for a few minutes while stirring.Pour over cooked meat.
