Suggested Use:
Delicious in gravy, sauces, cream soups, stews, stir fry recipes, pasta, casseroles - just about anything you'd want to use Mushrooms in

Ingredients:
Organic Agaricus bisporus (white mushrooms).

Basic Preparations:
To reconstitute, place desired amount into a bowl covered with hot tap water and let soak for 20-30 minutes. then, rinse and add directly to recipe that will cook for at least 25 minutes. One ounce dry reconstitutes to 3-4 ounces. The water in which the mushroom has soaked in is very rich in flavor and can be included in recipes.
