These beautiful structures of rock sugar will add elegance to any beverage service. Crystallized onto a four inch long attractive wooden stick with sphere embellishment, the sugar cluster measures about one and a half to two inches long. The beautiful brown colors of the sugar crystals add a rustic touch. Sugar sticks are individually wrapped in clear plastic for convenience. Approximately 50 sticks per pound.

Suggested Use:
Brown Sugar Sticks can be used for candy, in desserts and to sweeten drinks. Can also be used to add a sweet taste to your main dish.
