D'allasandro Gold Summer truffle Carpaccio is Tuber Aestivum. They are a true culinary delicacy. Only a small amount is needed to impart the earthy truffle flavor to any dish. Our preserved truffles are picked fresh, sliced and preserved in our proprietary formulation of black truffle oil. They are never from the second boiling of truffles, or from frozen.

Suggested Use:
The flavor of Truffles should be given center stage in recipes. Use Truffle Slices sparingly - they're potent Delicious in soups and sauces, particularly those made with white wine or champagne and are served with pasta.

Ingredients:
Virgin Olive Oil, Tuber Aestivum, and Truffle Oil.

Basic Preparations:
Remove truffles from jar and rinse. Truffles may be used whole, sliced or chopped.
