	Also Known As: JULIENNE SUN DRIED TOMATOES, SUPER RED SUN DRIED TOMATOES Product Info: Sun-dried tomatoes are vine-ripened tomatoes that are picked and sun-dried. Our super reds are larger and moister than our regular sun dried tomatoes. These super reds are bright red and do not need to be reconstituted before cooking. Suggested Use: Sun-Dried Tomatoes are very versatile, use them in any recipe that calls for Tomatoes. Delicious chopped and added to pasta sauce, chili, breads, bagels, cream cheese and salads. Use them as a pizza topping. Marinate whole in olive oil and then broil with garlic cloves for a delicious appetizer. Ingredients: Sun Dried Tomatoes, Salt, Glucose Syrup, Sulfur Dioxide (for color retention), Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid. Basic Preparations: Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes directly into recipe that requires cooking. For use in salads, blanch 30 seconds in boiling water to bring out flavor and soften texture.
