Product Info:
Truffles are a Tuberous Mushroom that grow underground near the roots of trees. The Black Truffles are the most highly sought after. This is the Truffle found by hunters using trained pigs and dogs. The White Truffle is a product of northern Italy, and has a more intense flavor than its French counterpart. Truffles have a wild, earthy, rich, flavor, and because they are so rare, they bring something exotic to your table.

Suggested Use:
The flavor of Truffles should be given center stage in recipes. Use Truffles sparingly - they are potent Delicious in soups and sauces, particularly those made with white wine or champagne and are served with pasta.

Ingredients:
Black whole truffles (tuber indicum) truffle juice, salt.

Basic Preparations:
Remove truffles from can and rinse. Truffles may be used whole, sliced or chopped.
