F.O.B. Woodland Foods. All freight is pre-paid (will show on invoice). Prices subject to final confirmation and availability. Prices subject to change without notice.
DEADLINES FOR STOCK ITEMS
UPS orders will be scheduled for shipment within 24-48 hours. Many UPS orders will be shipped same day. Most LTL orders will ship within 24 hours. Any air shipment orders will depend on flight schedules and onboard availability.
DEADLINES FOR PROCESSED ITEMS
Depending on the size of the order, processing will require 1-2 weeks lead time.
FREIGHT
UPS and common carrier orders are shipped using standard rates and insurance. Orders to be picked up at our dock must be picked up within 72 hours after ordered.
TERMS
Net 15 days; all first time orders are shipped C.O.D. A finance charge of 1.5% monthly will be added to all late payments. All other conditions listed on the product and price list apply, including all collection fees and percentages (minimum of 130% of invoice value including late fees) paid by recipient of goods in the event of the account being turned over to a collection agency and/or legal representation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Woodland Foods must be notified within 72 hours and the product returned within 5 days of receipt in the original packages for full refund to be granted. Shipments returned within 6-30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee; those taking 31-45 days are subject to 50% restocking fee. No returns after 45 days.
DAMAGED GOODS
For refund to be issued for goods damaged in transit, customer must provide an affidavit with description of damage signed by driver.
